Twins Digital Dental Lab & Supply in Singapore seeks a proactive Sales Executive to build relationships with dental clinics and dentists, promote services and products, and grow the customer base.

You will travel to clinics as needed, identify new business opportunities, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries, while achieving sales targets with professional after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Sales experience is an advantage; transferable skills welcome.
• Experience in dental/medical/healthcare industries is advantageous.
• Able to travel to visit dental clinics and work independently.
• English communication required; Mandarin or other languages a plus.

About the Company

Twins Digital Dental Lab & Supply provides dental laboratory services and dental products to dental clinics. We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to develop business relationships and support our growing customer base in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental clinics and dentists.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Promote the company's dental laboratory services and dental products.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Provide professional after-sales service and resolve customer enquiries promptly.

Job Requirements

• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Sales experience is an advantage; candidates with relevant transferable skills are welcome.
• Experience in dental, medical, healthcare, or related industries is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel to visit dental clinics when required.
• Able to communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is an advantage where relevant to customer needs.
