Job summary

YUYI DENTAL (PTE. LTD.) is seeking a driven Medical Sales Specialist to expand its footprint in digital dentistry and dental solutions in Singapore.

You will visit clinics and key accounts, demonstrate tools and technologies, and build strong relationships with dental professionals. The role requires 2–5 years of medical device or dental sales experience, bilingual English and Chinese, and the ability to work independently on the field.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Dentistry, or healthcare-related discipline.
• 2–5 years of proven sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or dental industry.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of clinical workflows and dental terminology.
• Self-driven, resilient, and able to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Plan and visit clinics, dental practices, community hospitals, and key accounts.
• Product Demonstrations: Showcase dental tools, materials, or digital technology via in-person visits, workshops, or events.
• Client Relationship Building: Maintain partnerships with dentists, hygienists, clinic managers, corporate wellness managers and procurement officers.
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and convert competitor accounts through value-based selling.
• Account Support: Handle order processing, inquiries, and swift issue resolution.
• Market Reporting: Log daily sales calls, visits, pipelines, and forecast data.

• Client Relationship Building: Maintain strong, trusted partnerships with dentists, hygienists, clinic managers, corporate wellness managers and procurement officers.
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and convert competitor accounts through value-based selling.
• Account Support: Handle order processing, address product inquiries, and resolve customer service issues swiftly.
• Market Reporting: Log daily sales calls, visits, manage pipelines, and update forecasting data.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Dentistry, or a healthcare-related discipline.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within medical devices, pharmaceuticals or the dental industry.
• Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese (required to liaise regularly with regional teams and Chinese stakeholders). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, plus a basic understanding of clinical workflows and dental terminology.
• Attributes: Self-driven, highly resilient against setbacks, flexible and comfortable working independently on the field.
