OVERVIEW

A leading Japanese forestry and timber-related company is seeking a Sales Executive to join its growing business in Singapore. This position is responsible for timber and wood products trading sales, as well as business development activities. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build relationships with suppliers and customers, expand trading channels, and develop new business opportunities across the region. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage timber and wood products trading activities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
• Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers and business partners
• Analyze market trends and support sales strategy development
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business activities
• Support business expansion initiatives across Southeast Asia

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the timber, wood products, forestry, construction materials, or related industries
• Sales and/or business development experience is preferred
• Japanese language skills are an advantage but not mandatory to internal and external communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

OTHER INFORMATIONS

• Monthly salary: SGD 3,000 - 5,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
• AWS provided
• Performance bonus available
• Bonus payout twice a year (January and July)
• Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Flexible working arrangement available (Core Hours: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Work-from-home arrangement available (approximately once per week)
• Annual leave starts from 14 days and increases up to a maximum of 21 days
