Job summary

INITIA Group is expanding its beauty and lifestyle brands across Singapore and Malaysia and seeks a Sales Executive with 3-4 years in e-commerce/retail. You will drive online and retail channel execution, manage pricing and promotions, and report on channel performance, while handling customer inquiries and B2B opportunities.

Proficiency with major platforms (Shopee/Lazada) and willingness to travel internationally are valued, along with an interest in K-beauty products.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience operating e-commerce or retail channels.
• Hands-on experience operating major e-commerce platforms in Singapore/Malaysia.
• Korean proficiency is a strong advantage for collaboration with Korean partners.
• Open to international business travel as needed.
• Genuine interest in K-beauty/K-products.

Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Level: 3-4 years of relevant experience
Department: Sales — Online Commerce + Retail

Overall Job Objectives: Manage channel-specific sales activities across online commerce and retail platforms in Singapore/Malaysia, driving execution and results at the channel level.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations for online commerce channels (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and retail channels, including B2B opportunities

• Plan channel-specific pricing policies and promotions

• Monitor and manage key channel performance metrics (sales, profit, etc.) and report on results

• Manage channel-specific CS (customer inquiries and requests)

Job Specifications:

• 3-4 years of experience operating e-commerce or retail channels

• Hands-on experience operating major e-commerce platforms in Singapore/Malaysia required

• Working proficiency in Korean is a strong advantage, as the role involves close, day-to-day collaboration with Korean sales/distribution partners on SKU development

• Open to international business travel as needed

• A genuine interest in and understanding of K-beauty/K-products
