It has expanded our services to conservation, preventive maintenance and repairs for buildings and the supply of quality and skilled tradesmen for clients comprising hotels, commercial and industrial buildings. Aegis is always on the lookout for new opportunities to grow our business. We are moving beyond the B2B comfort zone into the B2C market and provide services to residential homes. We aim to lead the future of our industry by delivering the best quality and value for money services to our clients.

We are looking for passionate, customer-focused and self-motivated individuals to join us as Sales Executive. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping Aegis surpass profitability and growth goals.

Starting monthly salary: $3500 to $5500, depends on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, establish and maintain current and potential client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop a new customer base to achieve sales targets
  • Regular sales activities such as customer management and tendering
  • Review project specifications and prepare quotations, costings, and regular sales reports
  • Analyze, develop and implement plans for engaging the target market
  • Provide direction and support to sub-contractors and project teams
  • Monitor project progress and submit monthly sales forecasts to Management
  • Attend regular site coordination / technical meetings and prepare minutes of meetings
Abilities, Skills & Knowledge (ASK)
  • Diploma in Project Management / Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in preventive maintenance and/or construction industry
