- Knowledge or experience with SAP systems is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Analyze service sales and operations data to identify trends and insights.
- Maintain and track dashboards, KPIs, and regular reports.
- Support sales performance reviews and ad-hoc analyses.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports for stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into clear insights to inform decisions.
- Communicate findings effectively to the Service Sales team.
