Telistar Solutions PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Excellence support role in Singapore to help with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome, with a strong emphasis on Excel and data accuracy. The role involves compiling reports, maintaining data, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating with multiple departments to drive operational improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver regular reports, dashboards, and management updates to support business excellence initiatives.
• Collect, consolidate, clean, and maintain accurate business data from multiple sources for analysis.
• Use Microsoft Excel to analyze data, identify trends, and highlight operational areas needing attention.
• Develop and maintain Excel reports, trackers, and databases with precision and accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Document and update SOPs, workflows, and process guidelines.
• Perform data validation and checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather information and follow up on outstanding items.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for Business Excellence projects and initiatives.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis, reporting, and operational support as required.
