Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable engineer in Singapore to review data sheets, specify piping, and prepare cost estimates for cleanroom utility projects in the semiconductor sector.

You will work with BIM/CAD teams, ensure ISO cleanroom and EHS compliance, and coordinate with fab facilities and OEMs. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor, UHP piping, or cleanroom utility projects.
• Knowledge of UHP gas systems, P&IDs, SEMI standards, and ISO cleanroom requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM Viewer, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review Utility Data Sheets (UDS) and Hookup Matrices.
• Conduct site walkdowns and recommend material specifications and routing.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Develop business opportunities within the semiconductor, OSAT, and biotech industries.
• Manage relationships with fab facilities and global OEMs.
• Coordinate project handovers with BIM/CAD teams.
• Negotiate scope variations and monitor new fab expansion projects.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14644 cleanroom standards and EHS requirements.
