Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mechanical/Process Engineer to support semiconductor, OSAT, and biotech projects with focus on cleanroom utilities and UHP piping.

You will review data sheets, prepare BOQs, and coordinate with BIM/CAD teams to ensure compliant, on-time handovers. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/chemical/process engineering and at least 2 years’ experience in semiconductor utility projects, with proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM Viewer, and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in semiconductor, UHP piping, or cleanroom utility projects.
• Knowledge of UHP gas systems, P&IDs, SEMI standards, and ISO cleanroom requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review Utility Data Sheets (UDS) and Hookup Matrices.
