Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to lead installation and commissioning of semiconductor facility utilities, including UHP gas, DI water, and PCW systems.

You will oversee field work from base-build connections to tool interfaces in cleanroom environments. The role requires coordination of subcontractors, adherence to safety standards, and proficiency with AutoCAD for IFC/As-Built drawings, P&IDs, and layouts.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or UHP utility projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute UHP gas, bulk chemical, PCW, exhaust/scrubber, and DI water hookups for fabs and cleanrooms.
• Supervise daily site installations from base-build connections to tool interfaces.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site manpower to meet project schedules.
• Oversee UHP orbital welding and mechanical utility installations.
• Perform quality testing including helium leak testing, particle counting, pressure testing, and verification.
• Manage IFC and As-Built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Review P&IDs, isometric drawings, and tool layouts.
• Prepare technical proposals, tender costing, and commercial submissions.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, Risk Assessment, bizSAFE STAR, and applicable ISO standards.
• Coordinate with clients, tool vendors, and subcontractors during execution.
