Job summary

People Profilers (Services) PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales-focused engineer to provide technical consultation, secure new customers, and drive market share across manufacturing sectors. The role requires frequent travel, autonomy, and strong communication skills.

• Contribute to territory strategy, launch new products, and coordinate seminars or trade shows.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to all customer requests and inquiries.
• Manage day-to-day activities autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Proactively secure new customers and drive market share growth within the assigned sales territory.
• Travel to customer locations approximately three days per week to sell into various manufacturing industries.
• Contribute to territory strategy, implement new product launches, and coordinate seminars or trade shows.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to all customer requests and inquiries.
• Manage day-to-day activities autonomously with minimal supervisory direction.

Requirements:

• Preferably a Degree in Business or an Engineering-related field.
• Interest and aptitude for mastering highly technical products and working in manufacturing environments.
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, extremely hardworking, and driven to make a measurable contribution to the company's success.
• Proactive in reacting to customer needs and a strong desire for self-improvement through intensive training and mentorship.
• Holds a valid Class 3 driving licence and is willing to travel extensively, including potential overnight trips.
