Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive presales professional to support customers with networking and cybersecurity solutions. You will demonstrate products, run POCs, and prepare compelling proposals to win engagements.

You'll also train partners and end users, develop compliance materials, and collaborate with internal teams to move opportunities toward closure while reporting progress and outcomes regularly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in IT networking and cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of security and networking infrastructure environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide presales support through presentations, demos, POC, and proposal prep.
• Prepare compliance tables and SOWs for client engagements.
• Deliver product training and enablement sessions for partners and end users.
• Conduct hands-on POC independently to validate solutions.
• Present solutions to partners and end users.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive opportunities to closure.
• Provide timely reporting on activities and progress.

• Prepare compliance tables and Statements of Work (SOW) for client engagements
• Deliver product training and enablement sessions for partners and end users
• Conduct hands‑on POC independently to validate solutions
• Present solutions confidently to partners and end users
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive opportunities to closure
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on activities and progress

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in IT networking and cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of security and networking infrastructure environments
• Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
