Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven sales professional to grow HVAC valves, metering, control systems and related building services solutions across diverse projects in Singapore.

You will engage consultants, contractors and project stakeholders, influence system design specifications and develop strong customer relationships to meet business objectives and expand the building services segment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, building services, control systems and/or Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Commercially driven with experience in technical sales and business development.
• Ability to engage consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders effectively.
• Strong understanding of system-level solutions and integrated engineering offerings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across HVAC valves, metering, control systems and related building services solutions.
• Engage consultants, contractors and project stakeholders to identify opportunities and support project development.
• Influence system design specifications and promote integrated engineering solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve business objectives.
• Contribute to the expansion and growth of the building services business segment.
