Job summary

THREEAXIS is seeking a Sales Engineer for Busduct and Busway Systems to support data center and mission-critical facilities projects. This full-time, on-site role will operate in Malaysia and Singapore, engaging clients and consultants to understand requirements, deliver technical presentations, and assist with RFQs.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Engineering and technical solution design skills related to busduct and busway systems.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Ability to provide Technical Support, including troubleshooting, system configuration guidance, and on-site technical assistance.
• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of power distribution systems for data centers, industrial facilities, or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations in electrical installations and busway systems.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities by presenting technical solutions for busduct/busway systems to clients and consultants.
• Respond to RFQs with accurate, technically sound proposals and clarifications.
• Assist with site visits and on-site technical clarifications for data center projects.
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance during project execution and commissioning.
