Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to assist the sales team in identifying opportunities and achieving targets.

The role involves preparing meeting materials, presentations, and training decks, as well as supporting client and partner meetings and following up on actions. You will handle administrative tasks such as insurance form completion and meeting record management, and develop knowledge of insurance products and HNW client workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying business opportunities and achieving targets.
• Assist in client and partner meetings, facilitating the sales process, documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Provide administrative support including insurance form completion and meeting record management.
• Develop knowledge of insurance products and HNW client application workflows.
• Collaborate with case management and product teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
• Participate in internal and external training to enhance professional and process efficiency.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned.
