Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry, business development, sales, or market research is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teammates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Support the day to day operations.
• Support market research and analysis to find new business opportunities.
• Prepare and set up tracking and fulfilment process to enhance governance oversight for customer and distributors campaigns.
• Track and analyse sales data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Support basic new business case management and policy servicing follow ups.
• Coordinate and organise meetings, workshops, training and engagement events related to business development.
