Job summary

novita is seeking a detail-oriented sales coordinator to support daily operations, order processing, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with logistics, update product information across e-commerce platforms, and generate sales reports while providing proactive admin support.

Nitec/ Diploma holders with strong MS Office skills and knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, Shopify are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Nitec/ Diploma in any discipline required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive and positive attitude.
• Prior experience in sales coordination, administration or e-commerce is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, FairPrice Online and Shopify is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales and e-commerce operations, including order processing, delivery and installation scheduling, inventory updates, and return/exchange requests.
• Respond to customer enquiries and reviews promptly, providing professional and high-quality customer service.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Department and courier partners to ensure orders are processed and deliveries are completed on time.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product and online store information, including pricing, inventory, product information across e-commerce platforms.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to coordinate and resolve operational issues when required.
• Prepare and generate sales and operational reports.
• Provide administrative support and assist with other ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
