Job summary

ANGELS WING EDUCATION is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the sales and business development of rhythmic gymnastics programmes in Singapore. You will drive enrolment, build partnerships, and guide the sales team to meet revenue goals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to convert enquiries and leads into long-term students.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, management or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, business development, education, enrichment, sports or other service-based industries.
• Experience in a managerial or sales leadership position is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital lead management and social media enquiries will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase enrolment in rhythmic gymnastics programmes.
• Lead the sales process from initial enquiry to enrolment and renewal.
• Establish monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through new programmes, packages, promotions and customer segments.
• Improve lead conversion, trial-to-enrolment conversion and student retention rates.
