Job summary

Responsibilities

• Apply the academy’s rhythmic gymnastics training systems for athletes of all levels
• Design and refine competitive routines aligned with SG Gymnastics Directives and FIG Code of Points
• Prepare athletes for local, national, and international events as coach/judge
• Enforce safety protocols and promote athlete well-being
• Build strong relationships with parents through updates and feedback
• Pursue ongoing professional development and mandatory coaching/judging courses
• Lead RG coaching staff and cultivate a collaborative team environment
• Develop and oversee seasonal and annual training programs with clear developmental pathways
• Plan training schedules, coach rotations, and facility usage
• Lead staff training and ensure unified coaching standards
• Monitor gymnast progression and adjust training plans as needed
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet academy objectives
• Maintain a flexible schedule to cover for colleagues during emergencies
