Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Rhythmic Gymnastics coaching experience.
• Able to lead recreational classes with basic teaching ability.
• Competition experience or prior involvement in training is preferred.
• Relevant coaching certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently while being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily lessons (recreational and basic competitive classes).
• Provide technical guidance according to students’ levels to help them progress steadily.
• Assist in routine choreography and competition preparation.
• Monitor students’ training progress and class performance; communicate with parents regularly.
• Collaborate with the team to carry out training schedules and course execution.
• Engage in internal teaching exchanges and professional development.
