Job summary

Wright Interiors Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Designer/Project Co-Ordinator in our Jurong East studio. This role blends interior design expertise with sales acumen to drive growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to project handover, develop design concepts, prepare proposals and budgets, and build long-term client relationships while meeting monthly targets in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or Sales Designer with design portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand interior design requirements, preferences and budget.
• Develop and present design concepts and proposals tailored to client specs.
• Create mood boards, floor plans and visual presentations to communicate ideas.
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation to project handover.
• Prepare quotations and manage project budgets while maintaining profitability.
• Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Stay informed of interior design trends and materials; meet sales targets.
