Job summary

HipVan PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Sales & Design Consultant to drive the company’s B2B growth by bridging aesthetic space design with client acquisition. You will expand the corporate client base, partnering with developers and hospitality partners to tailor furniture solutions.

You will leverage interior design expertise to deliver styling, space planning, and competitive proposals while collaborating with marketing and supply chain to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven background in B2B sales, corporate business development, or interior design/styling.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling skills with a customer-centric approach.
• A keen eye for interior aesthetics, space planning, and visual merchandising.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple commercial projects
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Client Acquisition & Consultative Sales : Build and expand a robust B2B client network across corporate, residential development, and commercial sectors, managing the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
• Interior Styling & Spatial Solutions : Assess client spaces and requirements to deliver professional interior styling recommendations, space planning, and tailored furniture packages.
• Proposal & Quotation Management : Prepare comprehensive commercial proposals, pricing quotations, and contract agreements aligned with client specifications.
• Visual Merchandising & Showroom Support: Support high-impact B2B showrooms, trade exhibitions, and commercial display installations to showcase furniture collections effectively.
• Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with marketing, growth, and supply chain teams to execute B2B marketing initiatives and ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
