VASARI (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a versatile Sales & Customer Engagement professional to drive digital enquiries into showroom appointments, manage CRM data, and coordinate omni-channel interactions.

You will deliver premium customer experiences, advise on decorative wall finishes, stay current on interior design trends, and support marketing campaigns to improve lead conversion.

Qualifications

• Manage enquiries received through digital channels including website, social media, WhatsApp Business and CRM platforms.
• Qualify sales leads and maintain accurate customer information using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Convert digital enquiries into showroom appointments and project consultations.
• Follow up with customers using digital communication tools throughout the sales journey.

Customer Experience Management

• Deliver a premium showroom experience for homeowners, interior designers and architects.
• Conduct product consultations and recommend suitable decorative wall finishes based on customers' design requirements.
• Provide professional product advisory on lime paint, lime plaster and textured wall solutions.
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent after-sales support.

Omni-channel Sales Operations

• Coordinate customer interactions across showroom visits, website enquiries, social media and messaging platforms.
• Ensure a seamless customer journey across multiple touchpoints.
• Support online and offline promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement.

CRM & Sales Analytics

• Update customer interactions, quotations and project progress in the CRM system.
• Monitor sales pipeline performance and conversion rates.
• Generate sales activity reports and assist management in analysing customer trends.
• Utilise customer data to improve follow-up strategies and customer retention.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate project schedules with operations and installation teams.
• Ensure smooth project execution from consultation to completion.
• Maintain communication with clients throughout project delivery.

Product & Market Knowledge

• Develop expertise in decorative wall finishes, interior styling and sustainable building materials.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, customer preferences and market developments.
• Participate in continuous product and technical training.

Digital Marketing Support

• Support digital marketing campaigns by following up on campaign-generated leads.
• Assist in collecting customer testimonials, project photographs and online reviews.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion from digital platforms.
