Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support order processing and client communications at our Boon Lay location in Singapore. You will handle calls, emails, queries, and orders, and coordinate with clients and logistics to ensure smooth deliveries.

The role operates on a 5-day work week with specific off days and a 8am–5pm schedule; salary ranges from SGD 2300 to SGD 2800 plus OT, AWS and aPerformance Bonus. Training and standard admin duties are included.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls, replying emails, answering customer queries, providing information, taking and processing orders
• Liaise with clients directly if there's delivery or stock issues
• Communicate with logistics for delivery arrangement
• Prepare packing list for warehouse
• Handling salmon factory yield rate report and stock in
• Matching signed delivery order invoice with tax invoice
• Daily sales report submission
• Mailing invoices to clients
• Filing of invoices
• Preparing of sticker labelling
