Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in the Glass & Glazing industry.
• Several years of experience in sales or customer service roles within Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to internal and external customer enquiries throughout the entire order-to-delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to support business operations and fulfill customer requirements efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer records, order status, invoicing, and delivery information using company databases and systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide clear instructions and assistance to customers to enhance sales efficiency and increase sales volume.
• Communicate effectively with customers using messaging and social media platforms to support sales activities.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 applications to organize and manage daily tasks and documentation accurately.
• Adapt positively to changing work demands by learning new skills and processes as needed.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across functions to identify and solve problems, contributing to business goals.

Job Summary

You will serve as the first point of contact for customers in the Sales team, delivering timely customer service and administrative support to ensure high satisfaction and efficient sales operations.

Working Hours Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
