Job summary

GLASS POINT CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a proactive Sales & Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for customers in the Sales team, delivering timely service and administrative support to ensure high satisfaction and efficient sales operations.

Responsibilities include responding to enquiries, coordinating with internal teams, updating customer records, and using Microsoft 365 to manage tasks. Experience in glass & glazing and Singapore sales roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in Glass & Glazing industry
• Several years of experience in sales or customer service functions in Singapore
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to internal and external customer enquiries throughout the full order-to-delivery process
• Collaborate with relevant departments to support business operations and meet customer needs
• Maintain and update customer records, order status, invoicing, and delivery information using databases and systems
• Provide clear instructions and assistance to customers to drive sales efficiency and volume
• Use messaging and social media platforms to communicate effectively with customers and support sales activities
• Utilize Microsoft 365 applications to manage daily tasks and documentation
• Adapt to changing work demands with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across functions to solve problems and achieve business goals

Working Hours Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
