Job summary

A dynamic sales company in Singapore is looking for an administrative support professional to assist the sales team. The role includes coordinating client interactions, managing paperwork, and ensuring material delivery deadlines are met. Ideal candidates possess at least a GCE 'O' level and have relevant experience, although fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates should be independent with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Qualifications

  • Liaise with client’s finance department regarding payment matters.
