• Minimum O Level with at least 3 years of motorcycle sales experience.
• Must have valid Class 2, 2A and 2B driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop strong product knowledge, including competitor offerings and market trends.
• Analyse market conditions, including pricing, promotions, and new model launches.
• Provide professional advice on financing and insurance options to customers.
• Ensure compliance with LTA procedures (e.g. bidding, retention, scrapping).
• Execute the full sales process.
• Customer engagement and needs assessment.
• Product recommendation and selection.
• Negotiation and closing.
• Delivery, follow-up, and prospecting.
• Accurate documentation.
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction at all times.
• Adhere to company policies and operating procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Consultant (Motorrad), you are responsible in achieving the company’s sales target by selling bikes and providing excellent service to our valued customers.
