Job summary

LUME HAN PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Consultant to join our skincare-focused team in Singapore. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable products while building a positive shopping experience.

You will attend product trainings, develop skincare knowledge, and work toward daily and team sales targets by promoting promotions, memberships, and retail packages.

Qualifications

• Explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage instructions accurately.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Support daily retail sales activities and work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Promote skincare products, promotions, memberships, and relevant retail packages.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain product displays, stock presentation, and cleanliness of the retail area.
