You will greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable skincare products while explaining benefits and usage instructions. You will actively support daily sales activities, promotions, memberships, and package offerings to drive customer satisfaction and store performance.

• Assist with product selection and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Support daily retail sales activities and contribute to sales targets.
• Promote skincare products, promotions, memberships and packages.
• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain displays, stock presentation and cleanliness of the retail area.
• Assist with inventory checks, replenishment and daily store operations.
• Attend product training to stay updated on skincare knowledge and procedures.
