OLENO Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Consultant for showroom and inbound leads.

You will convert enquiries into orders, with provided leads and no cold calling, guide customers through fabric, blinds, and insect mesh selections, and coordinate site measurements and installations. The role requires 2–5 years of consultative showroom sales, precise quoting, and diligent follow-up. The position offers a basic salary range, commissions, bonuses, medical benefits, CPF, and a 5-day roster

Responsibilities

• Advise on fabrics, blinds, and insect mesh options for various homes.
• Prepare quotations and explain them clearly.
• Raise purchase orders and verify against quotations.
• Issue invoices and track payment status.
• Schedule site measurements and installations with the team.
• Collect deposits and balances per terms.
• Maintain lead status and customer records in the sales portal.
• Handle after-sales queries with care and escalation when needed.

Sales Consultant (Showroom and Inbound Leads)

Oleno Pte. Ltd. | Ubi, Singapore | Full-time | Immediate or late November 2026 start

OLENO is a Singapore window furnishings company specialising in made-to-measure curtains, blinds, and the Lunea retractable insect mesh. We compete on quality and workmanship, not price, and we are building a brand for the long term.

The role

You will convert customer enquiries into confirmed orders. Leads are provided: there is no cold calling or prospecting. Your job is to respond quickly, understand what the customer needs, quote accurately, bring them to the showroom or arrange a site measurement, and close the sale. You will also see your own orders through, from purchase order to final invoice.

What you will do

• Respond to enquiries on WhatsApp, phone, and in the showroom, and follow up until the customer decides
• Advise customers on fabrics, blinds, and insect mesh options for HDB, condominium, and landed homes
• Prepare quotations using our quotation system and explain them clearly
• Raise purchase orders for the orders you close, and check them against the confirmed quotation
• Issue customer invoices and keep each order's payment status up to date
• Schedule site measurements and installations with the installation team
• Collect deposits and final balances in line with company terms
• Keep lead status and customer records updated in our sales portal
• Handle after-sales queries with care and escalated where needed

What we are looking for

• 2 to 5 years in consultative, showroom-based sales where the sale closes over several contacts (furniture, mattresses, kitchens and wardrobes, flooring, renovation, air-conditioning, or similar)
• Disciplined follow-up: you do not let a quote go quiet
• Organised and accurate with paperwork: your purchase orders and invoices match what the customer agreed to
• Clear, warm written English for WhatsApp; conversational Mandarin is an advantage
• Comfortable with numbers, measurements, and a simple quoting system
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a small team
• Able to work a 5-day roster that includes weekends (one weekday and one weekend day off)
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

Package

• Basic salary $2,200 to $2,800 depending on experience
• Commission on every sale you close, paid monthly
• Quarterly sales bonus with achievable tiers
• Two performance reviews a year, each with a bonus of up to one month's salary
• Typical total earnings of $3,200 to $3,900 a month at target, including commission and bonuses; up to $4,250 for strong performers
• Annual leave, medical benefits, and CPF in accordance with Singapore employment law
• Three-month probation with clear, measurable targets
