Job summary

NING SANCTUARY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a beauty consultant to conduct basic skin analysis, provide skincare consultations, promote services, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will maintain a professional retail environment, aim to achieve sales targets, handle inquiries and feedback, and perform ad-hoc duties as needed by management.

Qualifications

• Passion in beauty and customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers (preferably bilingual English/Mandarin).
• Willingness to work retail hours on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic skin analysis and skin consultation.
• Promote the company’s services and products to customers.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and rapport with customers.
• Maintain a professional, working environment by complying with standard operating procedures.
• Achieve sales and other key business targets.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in beauty consultancy/ retail industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
• Able to work retail hours on weekends and public holidays.
