Job summary

ELEGANCE BEAUTY & SLIMMING CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to drive spa and wellness services while delivering exceptional customer care in Singapore.

The role requires at least 2 years of sales experience, fluency in English and Mandarin, and a proactive, well-groomed personality. Weekend and public holiday work may be required, with short-notice start possible. Customer-focused and sales-driven, you will contribute to meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales consultant experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients.
• Well-groomed and pleasant personality.
• Good service-oriented approach and initiative.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to start work at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Sell spa and wellness services and meet sales targets.
• Contact customers to make appointments.
• Analyze, advise and recommend effective treatments and products.
• Maintain good rapport and provide excellent service.
• Carry out daily duty roster and pre/post treatment duties.
• Follow-up with patrons for post-treatment care.
• Keep track of inventory.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Well versed in SPA / Wellness treatments
• Sales driven, meeting the company’s sales target
• Contacting customers to make the appointment
• Analyze, advise & recommending effective treatments & products to customers
• Keeping a good rapport with customers & provide excellent service
• Provide excellent service to customers
• To carry out daily duty roster, providing pre & post treatment duties
• Follow-Up with patrons for post-treatment cares
• To keep track of inventory
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
• Full-Time/Permanent Position.
