Job summary

MUI BEAUTY PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-oriented professional to promote salon services, packages, and retail products to customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes promoting therapists, assisting in planning treatment programmes, and delivering excellent customer service. You will handle inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment bookings while maintaining a clean and professional salon image.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience in beauty / wellness / retail sales preferred.
• Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven, target oriented and able to work as a team.
• Able to speak English, Malay and Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with interest in beauty industry are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist to promote salon services, packages and retail products to customers.
