Job summary

Pastry Mart Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Sales/Commercial Executive to drive growth across our bakery ingredients and manufactured pastry portfolio. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales for both bakery/pastry ingredients and manufactured pastry or ready-to-eat dessert products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including bakeries, cafés, restaurants, hotels, distributors, and retail partners.
• Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
• Work closely with the R&D team to provide market feedback and support the development of new products.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team to understand ingredient availability, product suitability, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate internally with production, logistics, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales enquiries, and support customer negotiations.
• Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market developments.
• Represent the company professionally and contribute actively to shared business goals.

Pastry Mart is an importer and distributor of pastry and bakery ingredients, as well as a manufacturer of pastries and ready-to-eat desserts. We work closely with bakeries, cafés, hotels, restaurants, foodservice operators, retailers, and business partners to bring quality ingredients and innovative pastry products to the market.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales/Commercial Executive to join our growing team. This role may is not limited to traditional sales, if deemed suitable and/or interested. The Executive will manage both our ingredients distribution portfolio and our manufactured pastry and ready-to-eat dessert portfolio, while working closely with different departments across the company.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside our R&D team on new product ideas, collaborate with the sourcing team on market trends and ingredient solutions, and support the company in identifying new business opportunities.
