Job summary

Hermès in Singapore seeks a customer-focused Retail Associate to manage daily store operations and drive sales for selected metiers. You will deliver exceptional client service, build relationships with clients, and communicate product knowledge to inform and inspire shoppers.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in luxury fashion, strong English communication, a team player attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Knowledge of luxury service standards is a plus.

Requirements and Capabilities

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
