Job summary

HR SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Associate to own the end-to-end customer journey from prospecting to onboarding and eligible renewals.

You will see how every stage affects the next and build relations that drive long-term value. You will create your own pipeline by identifying suitable prospects, initiating conversations with business owners and decision-makers, and leading discovery calls to uncover priorities and justify the solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer journey: From prospecting and discovery through presentation, closing, onboarding and eligible renewals. You will see how every stage affects the next.
  
• Create your own pipeline: By identifying suitable prospects and reaching business owners and decision-makers. Start qualified conversations through disciplined outreach, referrals and relationship-building.
  
• Lead discovery conversations: Uncover the customer’s real priorities, pressures and decision criteria. Make value feel obvious by connecting the right solution to the outcome the customer actually cares about. You will turn product information into a clear commercial reason to act.
  
• Take control of deal momentum from first contact to decision: Qualify early, follow up with purpose, resolve the real objection and ask confidently for the close.
  
• Turn successful customers into longer-term income: Through professional follow-through, eligible renewals and referrals. Build relationships that can keep creating opportunities beyond the first sale.
  
• Build a reputation customers and teammates can trust: Sell with clarity, professionalism, integrity and respect.

Requirements

Prior sales experience is not a pre-requisite. We have a proven training system to help individuals thrive and find success in the Sales Associate role.
