Job summary

SUNRAISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven Sales Assistant Manager to support the store's day-to-day operations, develop strategies to boost sales, handle customer complaints, and assist with staff recruitment.

This role requires strong leadership, the ability to delegate, and a commitment to excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies. You will oversee the sales team, monitor performance, and perform Sales Manager duties in their absence.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities
