Job summary

HUSTLE INSTITUTE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant Manager to support the team in generating leads, guiding enquiries to enrolments and achieving business targets for our education and training programmes.

You will lead a small sales team, coach members, and help develop sales strategies while ensuring a positive customer journey throughout the enquiry and enrolment process. This role offers commission-based incentives and clear career progression toward a Sales

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations and achieving targets.
• Manage inbound leads and enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Engage prospective learners to understand needs and recommend courses.
• Follow up with leads to drive enrolments and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor team sales performance and provide coaching to members.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and improve follow-up processes.
• Track sales activities, maintain lead records and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout enquiry and enrolment.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions and business development initiatives.
