Job summary

TOD'S Singapore is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales professional to join our luxury boutique team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist in daily store operations and drive sales while maintaining brand standards and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in luxury retail, a polished appearance, strong interpersonal skills, fluent English, and optional Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu to serve a diverse clientele.

• 2+ years of sales experience in luxury retail; senior position for more experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales targets and help to achieve store targets.
• Provide excellent customer services to clients.
• Handle enquiries or complaints and provide professional feedback to customers.
• Maintain the visual and merchandise displays in order according to corporate guidelines.
• Participate in stock management.
• Assist the Store-in-charge to prepare retail reports.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of sales experience in luxury retail industry; Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior position
• Pleasant, mature, service-oriented and high fashion sense
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English; fluency in additional languages such Mandarin and/or Bahasa Melayu is an advantage to liaise with clients
