Job summary

A leading hearing solutions company in Singapore is seeking a Sales and Education Audiologist. This role focuses on developing customer relationships within the wholesale market and providing hands-on education on products. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Audiology, relevant experience, and strong sales skills. Responsibilities include onboarding new wholesale channels and supporting patient consultations. JOB SUMMARYDESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB

This position develops the growth of Singapore wholesale market through creating long-term customer relationship and satisfaction. The job holder will engage with customers and grow market share through understanding customers’ needs and providing hands on product and services education and demonstration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Utilize solution based selling approach to identify needs and objectives of the customer.
  • Identify and onboard new wholesale channels, including hospitals.
  • Follow up on new accounts to retain and grow current wholesale base in Singapore.
  • Follow up on post-sales commitments. This may include providing or arranging education and training to customers, understanding post‑sales requirements and proactively recommending solutions to our customers so they can serve their patients better.
  • Utilize sales tools to effectively manage and grow sales.
  • Support patient hearing aid fitting sessions or other general one on one consultations with patients. May include conversing with elderly patients.
  • Respond to customer calls regarding technical inquiries.
  • Professionally and consistently follow the company’s protocol to resolve customer queries using your technical expertise.
  • Troubleshoot programming and software issues.
  • Answer questions from health professionals and provide recommendations as requested.
Results - Performance Measures (How to Measure Success)
  • Achievement of wholesale revenue.
  • Number of new accounts opened and sales figures per new account.
  • Customers’ satisfaction rating of product training.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Degree or Masters in Audiology

Experience:

  • Candidates with 5 years of work experience in the hearing industry will be highly preferred.
  • Sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • More importantly, having a positive attitude to achieve sales targets.
