Job summary

Iris Galerie Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Sales Advisor for part-time work with potential for full-time promotion across Jewel, Changi & RWS Sentosa, and Haji Lane. You will welcome customers, demonstrate products, and guide the entire customer journey to close sales.

Base plus uncapped commission is offered, with performance targets to achieve daily. The role emphasizes high energy, strong communication, and teamwork to drive store targets and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer facing experience required.
• Part-time role 3-4 days per week with weekend availability.
• Provide excellent Iris Galerie Experience through engagement and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent Iris Galerie Experience, Welcome, Photoshoot, Product demonstrations, history, concept, sales.
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to store targets; upsell and cross-sell.
• Process transactions accurately using POS, photo software and order platform.
• Monitor KPI to meet targets (sales, APT, productivity, Conversion, SPH, APU, UPT).
• Share daily sales reports & manage gallery opening and closing as per processes.
• Assist customers in Iris Experience and in finding products meeting their needs.
• Attend team meetings and performance reviews.
• Resolve customer complaints with Customer care team.
• Ensure recording of orders, end-of-day reporting; maintain store inventory.

ROLE:

Sales:

• Provide an excellent Iris Galerie Experience, Welcome, Photoshoot, Product demonstrations , history, concept, sales.
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall store sales targets. (Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize opportunities.)
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, photo software and order platform.
• Monitor your KPI to meet your targets ($ sales, APT, productivity, Conversion, SPH, APU, UPT)
• Share Daily sales reports & Manage gallery opening and closing as per processes

• Assist customers in Iris Experience and in finding products that meet their needs

Team collaboration

• Attend team meetings and performance review

• Resolve customer complaints with Customer care team

• Ensure the accurate recording of orders, end-of-day reporting
• Maintain organized and clean store environment. Monitor and manage inventory
• Ensure compliance with communication from management (general information, quality control, promotions and offers to be applied, handling customer requests)
• Support onboarding for new joiner
