TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a meticulous Sales Admin executive to support the sales team with quotations, sales orders, POs, and customer documentation.

You will coordinate work orders, service agreements, vendor registrations, and customer portals. Additionally, you will track payments and follow up with customers on outstanding accounts, prepare sales reports and quotation summaries, and help drive customer engagement through regular communication and visits.
