Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-focused Sales Assistant to engage walk-in customers and provide product knowledge. You will respond to inquiries via email, phone, and messaging apps, and help customers place accurate orders.

You'll prepare quotations, coordinate with the finance team for payments, and nurture relationships to grow sales. Previous sales experience and a service-minded approach are valued for building lasting loyalty.

Qualifications

• Completed O Levels or a Diploma in any field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Previous experience as a sales assistant is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assist and engage walk-in customers with exemplary service and product expertise.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including email, phone, and messaging apps.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with received instructions.
• Prepare and present quotations to customers, ensuring clarity and professionalism, while following up on their status.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure timely collection of payments and follow up as necessary.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to enhance sales volume.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage long-term loyalty.
