The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Administrator to support a team of Sales managers/Executives.

Working days are Monday to Friday with alternate half Saturday; hours are 9am–6pm, with some work from home options, location at Marina Square near Promenade MRT. Salary SGD 2,500–2,800 per month. The role involves preparing quotations, negotiating with suppliers, organizing pricing documents, and maintaining sales records.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably within a sales environment.

Responsabilidades

• To offer administrative and secretarial support to a team of Sales managers/Executives.
• To prepare quotations for the sales team.
• Request and negotiate quotations from suppliers.
• Compile and organize pricing documents for easy reference by the sales team.
• Organize and manage daily filing of sales-related documents, ensuring smooth access and retrieval.
• Preparation and compilation of pre-and-post-tender documentation and correspondence.
• To upkeep sales records and ad hoc data entries.
• Coordinate mock-up arrangements with the project team.
• To assist in issuing mock-up Delivery and Collection Orders, and arranging transportation.
