Job summary

DANENG (S) ENERGY-SAVING TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to liaise with the team and customers, preparing quotations and contracts, and following up on quotations to convert them into works orders.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle tender documents. Candidates with pest control or related industry experience and at least 2 years of sales experience will thrive in this position, along with proficiency in MS Office,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required or preferred.
• Experience in pest control or related fields is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of marketing, sales and negotiating techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support and liaise with team/customers daily.
• Prepare and process quotations and contracts; follow up on quotations.
• Answer phone calls and email enquiries; prepare presentations.
• Fill out pre-qualification and tender documents; assist in proposals.

• Provide sales support, liaise with team and/ or customers on daily basis


• Prepare and process quotation and contracts


• Follow up on quotations until works order received


• Answer phone call and email enquiries


• Prepare powerpoint presentations


• Fill out company pre-qualification documents


• Prepare tender documents and supporting documentation


• Any other assigned duties related to sales support function

Expected Areas of Competence

• Sales and/ or customer service experience in pest control or related fields preferred


• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience


• Thorough understanding of marketing, sales and negotiating techniques


• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Powerpoint


• Needs to be self motivated, interested to learn and understand the industry


• Must be a strong team player and communicator


• Needs to have good attention to detail
