Job Description
- Conduct marketing research and data analysis to expand and nurture the leads pool. Convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Perform outbound cold-calling to introduce Yonyou’s products/services to clients over the phone.
- Explore and identify new potential leads via various channels. Demonstrates professionally with potential customers via phone, email, conferencing, webinars and face-to-face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.
- Coordinate and arrange appointments for the sales team with prospective leads clients.
- Prepare and conduct daily reports. Maintain well-organized, up-to-date and accurate leads information and activity reports to sales team.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, Accounting.
- Having high sensitivity to the market. Preferably having a previous internship or project in marketing research or data analysis.
- Passionate, self-motivated, good team player, and responsible.
- Experience of B-to-B sales, preferably in IT solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking clients/colleagues.
- People with around two years of experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferred requirements
- Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and sales management will be a plus.
- Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, google programs, and social networking tools.
