Responsibilities
Delivering top client service, building relationships, ensuring delivery excellence and securing partnerships
Covering end-to-end client/partner success from negotiation, coordination and delivery to relationship building, reporting and account growth
Acting as an effective liaison between the clients/partners and internal stakeholders to convey accurate information, ensure mutual understanding, and make certain everything gets done in a timely manner
Managing day-to-day client/partner relationship and communications
Monitoring the budgets, explaining costs, and negotiating terms if and when necessary
Communicating and negotiating with partners regarding product updates, marketing support, samples and purchase orders
Working closely with business partners on planning, approvals and execution of sales & marketing
Planning and executing other innovative and successful marketing initiatives
Developing trusted, long-lasting relationships with new and existing key accounts and clients
Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Managing BD pipelines and preparing presentations/proposals/reports for various projects
Liaising with cross‑functional internal teams (including Sales, Marketing, Design and Product Development) to deliver high quality, well executed products and projects
