Role Overview

We+ Asia is seeking a results‑driven Account Executive to join our IT & Digital Consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of professional services sales, particularly in project‑based delivery models and outsourced solutions within the IT and Digital space. This role focuses on building strategic client relationships, identifying business needs, and closing high‑value consulting engagements that generate measurable client impact.

You will work closely with delivery teams to ensure value realization and client satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Drive new revenue opportunities by selling consulting services and project delivery engagements across multiple industries.
  • Strategize and execute account hunting plans to identify and penetrate high‑potential targets.
  • Manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders, aligning client needs with service offerings.
Consultative Selling
  • Configure CRM modules (lead capture forms, pipelines, deal stages, workflows, automation, dashboards).
  • Implement role‑based access, user permissions, and security policies.
  • Customize CRM fields, objects, and layouts to align with business processes.
  • Deploy automation (lead routing, email sequences, follow‑up reminders, SLA tracking).
Account Management
  • Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including renewals, upselling, and cross‑selling of adjacent services.
Collaboration & Delivery Alignment
  • Collaborate closely with internal project managers and consultants to ensure delivery feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and ensure transparency of pipeline and revenue status.
Market & Industry Engagement
  • Stay current with market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs to position We+ competitively.
  • Represent We+ at industry events, networking functions, and through targeted outreach.
KPIs
  • Revenue (Bookings): Primary success metric.
  • Pipeline Development: New qualified opportunities generated.
  • Client Retention & Expansion: % of repeat business and account growth.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related discipline.
