Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on marine electrical technician for a Singapore-based client that provides marine electronics and integrated communication solutions across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.

The role involves on-site field installations, coordination with shipyards, and workshop repairs, with typical hours 8am-5.30pm, Mon-Fri and overtime as needed. Experience in electrical work, equipment installation, and maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical work, equipment installation, repair, maintenance, or technical servicing.
• Hands-on, practical, resourceful, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable boarding vessels and working at field locations.
• Able to perform outdoor and on-site work.

Our client is a Singapore-based marine communication service provider specialising in marine electronic equipment and integrated communication solutions for offshore vessels operating in Singapore and across the Asia-Pacific region.

Summary

Gross Salary: $2,000 - $3,000

Location: Pandan Loop

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm (OT is required when necessary)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the repair works in the workshop.

Requirements

• Candidates with experience in electrical work, equipment installation, repair, maintenance, or technical servicing are preferred.
• Must be hands-on, practical, resourceful, and street-smart, with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable boarding vessels and working at different field locations.
• Able to perform manual tasks and willing to perform outdoor and on-site work.
• Able to work independently, follow instructions, and troubleshoot practical problems.
• Possess a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
